The bad parts, up front

Most companies bury this. We're leading with it, because you'll find out anyway and we'd rather you find out now than in month two.

This is straight commission.

No salary. No base. No draw. If you write nothing, you earn NOTHING. That isn't a warning, it's just the arithmetic.

You can go backwards.

You're paid by the carriers, not by us. When a policy activates you get an advance, usually inside a week. If that policy lapses in the first nine months, the advance is charged back to you.

There's an unpaid runway.

If you're not licensed, you can't legally sell and we can't let you. Figure about two weeks to get fully licensed. You earn nothing during it.

"Warm" doesn't mean "easy."

These people asked for information, not for you. Plan on six to eight attempts before you reach a human. That dialing IS the job. Anyone telling you different is recruiting you, not informing you.

If any of that made you want to close the tab, close it. Genuinely. It costs us both less today than it does in week six.

Still here?

We buy your course too.

You need a life insurance license. We purchase your pre-licensing course outright. That's real money we spend on you before you've made us a dollar, and we spend it because we'd rather remove the excuse.

The course is on us. The state exam fee and the licensing fee are on you.

States charge what they charge and we don't control it. We're putting it here so there's nothing waiting for you on exam day.

Your state sets the required hours. The coursework and the exam run about 10 days for people who actually sit down and do them. Call it two weeks to fully licensed.

Here's the part worth reading twice.

Two weeks is not a long time. And licensing is still the single most common place people quit. Our own median runs to months, not weeks, and that is not the state's doing. People enroll, open the coursework, and stop.

We can buy the course. We can't open it for you.

If two weeks of unpaid studying is the thing that ends this, better to know now. If it isn't, you're already ahead of most of the people who apply.

Your info is 100% secure. No spam. Ever.

We buy your leads. You never will.

$47,202 in the last 30 days. 4,798 leads. Not one of them billed to an agent.

(Lead figures as of August 17, 2026, trailing 30 days.)

That is the biggest hidden cost in this business. Most agencies either charge you for leads or hand you a phone and tell you to go find your own, and they don't mention it until you're already contracted.

Ask about it in every interview you take. Including this one.

If the answer isn't "we pay for them," you now know what that costs.

No invoice. Nothing out of your pocket. Our lead-assist track simply starts at a lower commission percentage than the broker track, where agents go source their own. That spread is how the leads get paid for, and you can move between tracks as you produce.

We'll walk you through exactly where you'd sit before you commit to anything.

What you actually get

  • Inbound leads, generated and paid for by us. You are not cold calling, buying lists, or working your friends and family.
  • Our own CRM, dialer built in. We built it. It isn't a rented login someone resells you.
  • Live training every morning at 8am, run by producers who are still writing business, not a video library
  • Carrier contracts through an established hierarchy. You're not begging for appointments.
  • Licensed producers on call when a case goes sideways
  • 48+ A-rated carriers, so you can place a case instead of forcing one
  • Remote anywhere in the US. 90% of us are. We run a live virtual office on Discord and Zoom: cameras on, working alongside each other in a video room all day. Remote here does not mean alone.
  • Offices in Denver and Salt Lake City if you'd rather be around people in person

How you get paid. And the book is yours.

You're contracted through the carriers and paid by the carriers. Never by us.

Your contract level ladders up as you produce.

Nobody here controls your ceiling. We also aren't going to print an average on this page and let you plan your rent around it.

There is no employment contract with us. There isn't one to sign.

You contract directly with the carriers. The business you write is written under your name, and the book you build is yours.

We are not renting you a seat and keeping the asset. Read that sentence again, then go ask a few other agencies how it works there.

Who does well here

  • You're coachable. You will be corrected on recorded calls, in front of other people.
  • You show up daily. Remote is not optional.
  • You can hear "no" repeatedly without it rearranging your week.
  • Sales experience helps. Car, solar, door to door, pest, retail, B2B, all of it transfers. None of it is required.
  • You have a quiet space and internet that works.

Who doesn't

  • Anyone who needs a guaranteed number to cover rent this month
  • Anyone who wants a manager to structure their day
  • Anyone who hears "uncapped" and stops listening before the word "commission"

The honest pitch

If you want the certainty of a paycheck, take a paycheck. That's a completely reasonable thing to want and there's no shame in it. We'd rather you did that than spend two weeks finding out.

If you want to build something where the number is yours, and you'd rather be told the truth about it than sold on it,
